How AHEALTH rewards work in the U.S.

AHEALTH, formerly Moneywalk, is a free iPhone and Android app that gives you points for everyday healthy habits. In the U.S., you can redeem your points for gift cards in the app's Gift Shop. This page explains what earns points, what you can get and how long it takes.
What earns points
You earn points for healthy habits you complete in the app. In the U.S., these include:
- Walking. Your phone counts your steps. You earn points as you walk, up to a daily limit, plus random bonus points along the way.
- Sleep. Log your sleep and earn points.
- Water. Log each glass of water you drink, up to a daily limit.
- Meals. Log what you ate.
- Medication. Set medication reminders and earn points when you log a dose.
- Quick daily habits. Squats counted by your phone's motion sensor, push-ups, stair climbing, brisk walks, breathing exercises, affirmations and a daily health quiz.
Point amounts differ by habit and can change over time.
How points become rewards in the U.S.
Open the Gift Shop in the app, choose a reward and redeem your points. Every reward shows its price in points. Before your first redemption, you may be asked to verify your phone number.
- Email gift cards from more than 25 brands, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, Dunkin', Chipotle, Nike, Sephora and Uber.
- Gift cards start at $5 (Amazon and Dunkin'). Most other brands start at $10.
- Gift cards are sent by email and usually arrive within 1 to 3 days. Some take longer.
- Some newer U.S. accounts may also see cash-out options.
What you see in your Gift Shop is what is available to your account. Reward options vary by country and by account, and they can change.

What Bio Age is (and isn't)
Bio Age is a habit score shown as an age. It starts from your actual age, based on your date of birth, and gets younger as the healthy habits you complete in the app, such as walking and sleep, add up over time.
It is an estimate based on your activity in the app. It is not a medical test, a diagnosis or a measurement of your body, and it is not medical advice.
Moneywalk is now AHEALTH
AHEALTH is the new name of the Moneywalk app. It is the same app from the same company, with the same listing on the App Store and Google Play, so your Moneywalk account keeps working in AHEALTH.
Who makes AHEALTH
AHEALTH is made by Gravity Labs Co., Ltd., a company based in Seoul, South Korea. The company was founded in 2022 and is led by co-CEOs Woonyeon Kim and Chanwoong Park. It launched Moneywalk in Korea and later renamed the global app AHEALTH.

How long do gift cards take to arrive?
Email gift cards usually arrive within 1 to 3 days after you redeem, and some take longer. If your account has cash-out options, the app explains how each one is delivered.
What is the minimum I can redeem?
In the U.S. Gift Shop, the smallest gift cards are $5 (Amazon and Dunkin'), and most other brands start at $10. Some newer accounts also see a one-time $1 cash-out option.
